Please read these terms carefully before using GadgetSpace. They set out the rules for shopping with us and the responsibilities of both you and us.
1. Overview
These terms govern your use of the GadgetSpace store and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Uzbek so'm (UZS) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.
3. Shipping & delivery
We dispatch orders within one business day. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns & refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Some items, such as opened software, may be excluded for hygiene or licensing reasons.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. This is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GadgetSpace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the store or products purchased through it.
